"TABLE CHUMS" STORY
Nursed on sow's milk, growing richer in fish oil with each salmon run, the Alaska Brown Bear cub's fish hunger reaches dangerous levels long before he has either the strength or sense to defend it. Yet, that first close encounter with the source of that taste, sometimes served up skun and drawn can be a bit unnerving,. That curious dance of cockiness and caution is sometimes sat out in the security of mother's hump until the day they discover that this feisty fish is also under their dominion.
